Level 2 Training

Members of the workforce who work predominantly with children, young people and/or their parents or carers and who could potentially contribute to assessing, planning, intervening and evaluating the needs of a child and parenting capacity where there are safeguarding concerns.

Level 2 – Must be undertaken within 12 months of starting work and updated every 2 years with Multi-agency Level 3 training as relating to your specific job role.

Please ask your organisation what level safeguarding training to complete.

Please note that the SSCB have responsibility to undertake any multi-agency and inter-agency audits. The training audit will be sent every year in September.
