The new NSPCC Graded Care Profile 2 (GCP2) purchased by the Board will launch in the new year with training as its main focus in January 2021. Twenty train the trainers will be invited to attend a two day programme run by NSPCC resulting in a licensed qualification to deliver GCP2. Trainers will then conduct GCP2 assessments and also commit to running group training courses for front line staff.
Front line staff are invited to apply to be a ‘Train the Trainer’ by contacting your GCP2 Steering Group Agency Lead. If you are unsure who this is please contact email@example.com.
Further multi-agency awareness sessions will be developed for everyone to find out more about this valuable tool in spotting neglect and seeking the help they need to make a difference to families and children in our communities.

NSPCC are also running Implementation Dial-in Surgeries for everyone on December 2, 2020, which will feature insight from existing GCP2 sites, and NSPCC’s GCP2 Implementation Team. To book your place visit https://bit.ly/2UBFisS.
