E-Safety Task to Finish Group

Purpose:

To work with partners in taking a strategic approach to e-safety that protects and educates children, young people and parents/carers.  This will be achieved through the use of effective solutions that combine both safe practices and systems to ensure that Staffordshire children and young people in the "virtual" world, both in and out of school, are safe from:
       - maltreatment
       - neglect
       - violence and sexual exploitation
       - bullying and discrimination
       - crime and anti-social behaviour

The Group meets on a regular basis and recommends actions, policies and procedures to the Staffordshire Safeguarding Children Board Policies and Procedures Sub Committee.
